Our Story

Our family’s coffee-roasting tradition began in Bulgaria in 1991. We brought that experience to 3 Baristas, our family-owned coffee roastery and European bakery in Stuart, Florida. We roast coffee on-site, source coffees directly from farms, and prepare espresso drinks and other beverages for our customers. We also bake pastries and other bakery items from scratch each morning. In 2025, we roasted more than 10,000 kilograms of coffee, serving our local community through our café and offering freshly roasted coffee for customers to enjoy at home.
